Responsibility
- Plan, execute, and finalize digital projects according to strict deadlines and within budget, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues to minimize disruptions.
- Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Ensure projects adhere to quality standards and client requirements through rigorous testing and validation processes.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Continuously optimize project workflows and processes to improve efficiency and deliver better outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a digital or technical environment.
- Strong understanding of digital technologies, software development lifecycles, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working remotely or in a distributed team is a plus.
