Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for all stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients, subcontractors, internal teams, and regulatory authorities to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
- Organize and lead project meetings, including preparing agendas, documenting minutes, and following up on action items.
- Identify potential project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to management and clients, highlighting progress, challenges, and recommendations.
- Assist in the preparation of project budgets, invoices, and financial tracking to ensure cost-effective project delivery.
- Support the project team in administrative tasks, such as scheduling, resource allocation, and vendor coordination.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably within the ICT or technology sector.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana, or Jira.
- Experience with documentation management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid work setting.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the ICT industry is an advantage.
