Responsibility
- Manage and maintain IT hardware inventory, including tracking, labeling, and documenting all assets.
- Oversee the procurement, deployment, and retirement of IT equipment to ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Conduct regular audits of IT assets to verify accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware-related issues, coordinating with vendors or internal teams as needed.
- Develop and implement inventory management systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with IT and finance teams to forecast hardware needs and manage budgets effectively.
- Ensure all IT assets are properly configured, secured, and maintained according to industry best practices.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users regarding hardware usage and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT operations, hardware management, or inventory control (internships count!).
- Strong knowledge of IT hardware (laptops, desktops, servers, peripherals) and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience with inventory management software or asset tracking systems is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and basic networking concepts.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
