Responsibility
- Lead and oversee large-scale audio-visual (AV) and network infrastructure deployments from inception to completion.
- Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, IT, and facilities, to deliver high-quality AV solutions.
- Identify risks, mitigate issues, and implement contingency plans to ensure project success.
- Manage vendor and contractor relationships, ensuring compliance with Googleās standards and timelines.
- Conduct post-deployment reviews to assess performance, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of emerging AV technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and resolving escalations.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in program or project management, with a focus on AV systems, network infrastructure, or IT deployments.
- Strong technical understanding of audio-visual technologies, conferencing systems, and network protocols.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or AVIXA CTS are a plus.
- Experience working with enterprise-scale deployments and vendor management.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
