Responsibility
- Lead the design and implementation of SAP CO (Controlling) solutions for S/4HANA transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and optimize financial processes, including cost center accounting, internal orders, and profitability analysis.
- Drive seamless integration between SAP CO, FI, O2C, and SCM modules to enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Provide expert guidance on SAP best practices, system configurations, and troubleshooting for complex financial scenarios.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users to ensure smooth adoption of new SAP functionalities.
- Stay updated on SAP innovations (e.g., AI, machine learning, and automation) to recommend process improvements.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as an SAP CO Consultant, with a focus on S/4HANA implementations.
- Proven expertise in SAP Controlling (CO) modules, including cost center accounting, profit center accounting, and internal orders.
- Hands-on experience with SAP FI integration and cross-module workflows (O2C, SCM, MM).
- Strong understanding of financial processes (e.g., budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis).
- Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or other BI tools for reporting and visualization.
- Certification in SAP S/4HANA Finance or equivalent is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high productivity.
