Responsibility
- Design, implement, and maintain corporate network infrastructure across multiple Bali locations, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Develop and enforce network governance policies, standards, and best practices to align with business objectives and security requirements.
- Lead the deployment of advanced networking solutions, including SD-WAN, VPN, firewalls, and load balancers, to support Sea Limited's digital platforms.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to implement robust security measures, including intrusion detection/prevention systems and network segmentation.
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and optimize systems to minimize downtime and latency.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend upgrades to enhance network scalability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Document network architectures, configurations, and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and operational continuity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in network engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
- Expertise in designing and managing enterprise-level networks, including LAN/WAN, MPLS, BGP, OSPF, and VLANs.
- Hands-on experience with network hardware from vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, or Fortinet.
- Strong knowledge of network security principles, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and encryption protocols.
- Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and hybrid network architectures is a plus.
- Professional certifications such as CCNP, JNCIE, or CISSP are highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
