Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing payment gateway clients across Bali
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and surrounding areas
- Conduct market research to understand local payment trends and client needs
- Present and demonstrate payment gateway solutions to potential clients
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth implementation of payment systems
- Provide ongoing support and account management to ensure client satisfaction
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities and market conditions
- Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements for payment solutions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in fintech or payment solutions
- Proven track record in B2B sales and account management
- Strong understanding of payment gateway technologies and digital payment trends
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Experience working with clients in Bali's hospitality, retail, or e-commerce sectors is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
- Ability to travel within Bali as needed
