Responsibility
- Lead and manage Agile project teams to deliver IT infrastructure projects, including cloud migrations, data center upgrades, and hybrid IT solutions.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe).
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies to ensure team productivity and project success.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and blockers to ensure on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with vendors, third-party providers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, provide regular status updates to stakeholders, and adjust plans as needed to meet changing requirements.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and best practices for cloud and data center infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, with at least 3 years focused on Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe).
- Proven track record of managing IT infrastructure projects, including cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and data center environments.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components, such as networking, storage, virtualization, and cybersecurity.
- Certifications in Agile (CSM, PSM, SAFe) or project management (PMP, PRINCE2) are highly desirable.
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on delivering results.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
