Responsibility
- Lead and manage SAP SD/MM AMS support operations, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Resolve complex incidents and service requests within SLAs, providing root cause analysis and preventive measures.
- Coordinate and implement system enhancements, upgrades, and patches in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Deliver regional application support, ensuring alignment with business processes and compliance requirements.
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to optimize SAP system performance and user experience.
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance on SAP best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP solutions with other enterprise systems.
- Document support processes, troubleshooting steps, and knowledge base articles for future reference.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP AMS support, with a focus on SD/MM modules.
- Proven expertise in incident management, problem resolution, and system enhancements.
- Strong understanding of SAP best practices, configuration, and integration.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- SAP certification (e.g., SAP SD, SAP MM) is a plus.
