Responsibility
- Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies to identify potential locations for mobile network towers and infrastructure.
- Liaise with landowners, government agencies, and local communities to secure necessary permits and approvals.
- Negotiate lease agreements and contracts with property owners and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with engineering and legal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory and technical requirements.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including site reports, lease agreements, and compliance records.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure on-time and cost-effective site acquisition.
- Assist in resolving any disputes or challenges related to site acquisition and land use.
- Stay updated on industry trends, local regulations, and best practices in mobile network deployment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Business, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of mobile network infrastructure, site acquisition, or real estate is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel to various locations in Bali for site visits and meetings.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
