Responsibility
- Deliver engaging and effective training sessions to clients on the OneSite platform.
- Develop and update training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and improve training programs.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients to ensure successful product adoption.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
- Stay up-to-date with product updates and new features to ensure training content is current and relevant.
- Assist in the creation of training videos and other multimedia resources.
- Participate in client onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition to the OneSite platform.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in training, teaching, or customer support, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of SaaS products and their applications in the real estate industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in creating training materials and using various training tools and platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing client needs.
- Familiarity with the OneSite platform or similar real estate SaaS solutions is a plus.
