Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions across Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and Sales Cloud CRM.
- Optimize and maintain Salesforce configurations, including flows, processes, and integrations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain Apex classes, Lightning components, and Visualforce pages.
- Ensure data integrity and security through best practices in Salesforce administration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing timely support to end-users.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and recommend innovative features to enhance platform capabilities.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Engineer or similar role.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and development (Apex, Lightning, Visualforce).
- Strong understanding of Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud architectures.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, or Informatica).
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Developer, or Architect) are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Strong communication skills in English to collaborate with global teams.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
