Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions (Apex, Lightning, Flows, and Visualforce) tailored to client requirements.
- Lead end-to-end technical implementation of Salesforce projects, including configuration, customization, and data migration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and propose scalable solutions.
- Optimize Salesforce performance through code reviews, debugging, and best practices in governor limits and bulk processing.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems (ERP, marketing automation, etc.) using REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware, or MuleSoft.
- Develop automated workflows, triggers, and batch processes to enhance efficiency and user adoption.
- Provide technical mentorship to junior developers and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases, certifications, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer with expertise in Apex, Lightning (LWC/Aura), SOQL, and Flows.
- Active Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, or Architect) are highly preferred.
- Proven track record of delivering complex Salesforce projects in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including data modeling, security, and sharing rules.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, or Informatica) and third-party apps (e.g., CPQ, Marketing Cloud).
- Proficiency in version control systems (Git, Copado) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and technical teams.
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
