In this role, you will lead high-impact Salesforce implementations, optimize cloud solutions, and drive digital transformation for global clients. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable architectures, automate business processes, and deliver cutting-edge CRM solutions tailored to enterprise needs.

Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations (Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, AgentForce) for enterprise clients.
- Design and optimize custom Salesforce solutions, including workflows, integrations, and data models.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Develop and deploy automation tools (Flows, Process Builder, Apex) to enhance efficiency and user adoption.
- Provide expert guidance on Salesforce best practices, governance, and scalability.
- Conduct user training and create documentation to ensure seamless adoption.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across Salesforce ecosystems.
- Stay ahead of Salesforce updates and emerging features to recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Consultant or Administrator.
- Certifications in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Data Cloud (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Developer, or Architect).
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale Salesforce projects from scoping to deployment.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning, SOQL, and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft a plus).
- Experience with AgentForce, Einstein AI, or Revenue Cloud is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile environments.
- Fluent in English with exceptional communication and client-facing skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
