Responsibility

  • Provide end-to-end technical support for desktop hardware, software, and peripherals
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to operating systems, applications, and network connectivity
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, and mobile devices
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in Active Directory
  • Implement and maintain security protocols to protect against malware, viruses, and unauthorized access
  • Collaborate with IT teams to deploy system updates, patches, and upgrades
  • Create and maintain documentation for IT procedures, troubleshooting guides, and user manuals
  • Provide training and support to end-users on new technologies and best practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk roles
  • Proficient in Windows and macOS operating systems
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise applications
  • Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and remote desktop tools
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST), or equivalent are a plus
