Responsibility
- Provide end-to-end technical support for desktop hardware, software, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to operating systems, applications, and network connectivity
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, and mobile devices
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in Active Directory
- Implement and maintain security protocols to protect against malware, viruses, and unauthorized access
- Collaborate with IT teams to deploy system updates, patches, and upgrades
- Create and maintain documentation for IT procedures, troubleshooting guides, and user manuals
- Provide training and support to end-users on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk roles
- Proficient in Windows and macOS operating systems
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise applications
- Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and remote desktop tools
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST), or equivalent are a plus
