Responsibility
- Provide first-level technical support to hotel staff and guests, resolving hardware and software issues promptly
- Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting property management systems (PMS) and point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Support the setup and configuration of audio-visual equipment for meetings and events
- Help monitor network performance and report any anomalies to senior IT staff
- Assist in the installation and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals
- Contribute to IT inventory management and asset tracking
- Participate in IT projects such as system upgrades or new technology implementations
- Document technical issues and solutions in the IT knowledge base
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts
- Familiarity with Windows and macOS operating systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles is a plus
- Previous IT support experience or certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+) is advantageous
