Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in the manufacturing sector.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities by leveraging industry networks and market research.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager and internal teams to prepare and present compelling sales proposals, contracts, and presentations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and stay ahead of industry developments.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring alignment with company goals and profitability targets.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights to senior management.
- Represent Orbis Precision Tech. at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the manufacturing industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of precision manufacturing processes, products, and market dynamics.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships at all levels, from operational staff to C-suite executives.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to travel within Indonesia and Southeast Asia as needed for client meetings and industry events.
