BukuWarung, a leading digital platform empowering small businesses, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Acquisition Executive (EDC) to join our team in Rote Ndao, Nusa Tenggara Timur. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our merchant network by acquiring new businesses and promoting our Electronic Data Capture (EDC) solutions.

Responsibility
- Identify and acquire new merchants in Rote Ndao to expand BukuWarung’s EDC network.
- Conduct field visits to engage with potential merchants and demonstrate the benefits of BukuWarung’s solutions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets for EDC machine acquisitions and activations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Provide training and support to merchants on using BukuWarung’s EDC and digital payment solutions.
- Collect market feedback and insights to improve product offerings and sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the regional sales team to align on goals and share best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and merchant interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or merchant acquisition, preferably in fintech or banking.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with EDC machines, digital payments, or financial technology is a plus.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Rote Ndao and surrounding areas.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in using mobile apps and basic CRM tools for sales tracking.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
