Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in the HVAC sector.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to maximize performance and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including contractors, architects, and facility managers.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and propose customized HVAC solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to secure new projects.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the market.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements in all sales activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. HVAC-specific education is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role within the HVAC industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, products, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team, with a focus on collaboration and performance development.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
