Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage sales orders, ensuring accurate and timely processing for industrial clients.
- Liaise between sales teams, customers, and internal departments to streamline communication and resolve inquiries.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Assist in the development of sales proposals, presentations, and contracts tailored to industrial clients.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with logistics to ensure product availability and on-time deliveries.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and facilitating smooth transaction processes.
- Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote company products and services.
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions to enhance sales operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or a similar role, preferably in the industrial sector.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM/ERP systems.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and report generation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Knowledge of industrial products, supply chain, or B2B sales is a plus.
