Responsibility

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and drive revenue growth in the Bali region.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, dealers, and stakeholders to ensure long-term business success.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to align sales strategies with broader company goals.
  • Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to enhance the skills and productivity of the sales team.

  • Prepare and present comprehensive sales reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and action plans.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the automotive industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and manage a diverse team.
