Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to promote pharmaceutical and medical products to GPs, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers in Bali.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the medical community to drive product adoption.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective territory management and persistent follow-ups.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for healthcare professionals to highlight benefits and usage.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing and medical teams to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Prepare and submit detailed sales reports, forecasts, and expense documentation in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, compliance standards, and product knowledge to ensure ethical and effective sales practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proven 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, medical, or healthcare sales, with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of medical terminology, product features, and the healthcare industry in Indonesia.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently within Bali to cover assigned territories.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and sales analytics software is a plus.
