As a Distribution Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing and growing our distribution network, ensuring product availability, and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed targets. Your efforts will directly contribute to the company's success in one of Southeast Asia's most competitive markets.

Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts across Bali.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct regular visits to clients to ensure product availability, visibility, and promotional compliance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and trade activations.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the F&B, hospitality, or retail industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
