Responsibility
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in the ADAS and automotive technology sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Lead the preparation of project proposals, including technical specifications, timelines, and budget estimates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, marketing) to align business strategies with client needs.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable and sustainable partnerships.
- Monitor project progress and ensure client satisfaction through regular follow-ups and performance reviews.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the automotive, technology, or engineering sectors.
- Proven track record of identifying and closing high-value deals in B2B environments.
- Strong understanding of ADAS technologies, automotive industry trends, and engineering solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
- Ability to work independently, set priorities, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
