Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in the Bali market.
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals in key locations (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling sales materials and campaigns that resonate with the local market.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the Bali region.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential and existing clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales KPIs, including conversion rates, average deal size, and customer retention metrics.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to the Sales Manager.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role (B2B or B2C).
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, including consultative selling, negotiation, and closing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Familiarity with the Bali market or experience working in Southeast Asia is highly desirable.
- Valid work permit or eligibility to work in Indonesia (preferred but not required for the right candidate).
