Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the Bali region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective account management and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Participate in local events and promotions to enhance brand visibility.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any client concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
