Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of sales executives to achieve monthly merchant acquisition targets in Bali.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand merchant partnerships across key regions (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Conduct market research to identify high-potential merchants and tailor pitch strategies to their needs.
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and implement incentive programs to boost productivity.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine value propositions and sales materials.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing merchants to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales metrics, pipeline growth, and market trends to senior management.
- Stay updated on fintech industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales or business development, with at least 1 year in a team leadership role.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in merchant acquisition, fintech, or payment solutions.
- Strong understanding of Bali’s business landscape and ability to navigate local market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- Willingness to travel frequently across Bali and occasionally to other regions.
