Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve revenue growth and market penetration in Bali and beyond.
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, client acquisitions, and market expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry leaders to drive long-term loyalty.
- Lead sales negotiations, contract discussions, and deal closures to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance) to align business strategies with company goals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales approaches and product offerings.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline progress to senior management.
- Mentor and coach junior team members to foster a high-performing sales culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record of 5+ years in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in a B2B or corporate environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in competitive markets.
- Experience in market research, strategic planning, and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
