As a Field Sales Executive, you will be the face of our brand in Bali, building strong relationships with medical practitioners while driving revenue growth. Your role will involve traveling across scenic locations like Canggu, Ubud, and Denpasar, offering flexible work environments with the backing of a globally recognized medical solutions provider.

Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, and hospitals in assigned territories.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our medical solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach in Bali’s healthcare sector.
- Provide after-sales support, ensuring client retention and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local promotions and awareness campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and medical advancements to enhance sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field.
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively across Bali.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
