In this role, you will oversee daily sales operations, manage a team of sales representatives, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining strong relationships with distributors and retailers. Based in Denpasar, you will play a key role in expanding our market presence across Bali, including key areas like Canggu, Ubud, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, and Kuta. If you have a proven track record in sales leadership and a deep understanding of motorcycle parts, we want to hear from you!
Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share in Bali’s motorcycle parts industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key clients.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability.
- Provide training and mentorship to sales staff to enhance their product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and timely resolution of issues.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, highlighting performance metrics and action plans.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role, preferably in the motorcycle or automotive industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of motorcycle parts, accessories, and market dynamics.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and sales management software.
- Fluent in Indonesian and English (written and verbal).
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
