Responsibility

  • Coordinate and process customer orders with precision, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
  • Support the Request for Quotation (RFQ) process by gathering requirements, liaising with suppliers, and preparing competitive proposals.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing exceptional service and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with logistics, warehouse, and production teams to monitor order progress and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer data, order details, and interaction logs.
  • Generate sales reports and analytics to track performance, identify trends, and support decision-making.
  • Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to enhance customer retention and acquisition.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to align sales operations with company objectives and improve workflows.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or operations roles.
  • Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and teams.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
