Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective territory management strategies to maximize market penetration and revenue.
- Oversee customer account management, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor and enforce credit control policies to minimize financial risks while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and training to enhance team productivity and skills.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with broader business goals.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven track record of at least 3 years in sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of sales operations, territory management, and customer relationship management (CRM).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and team members.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze sales data, forecast trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
