Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, hotels, and tourism partners to drive B2B sales.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the restaurantâs client base and revenue streams.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with key accounts to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotions for corporate and group bookings.
- Monitor client satisfaction, address concerns, and implement strategies to enhance service quality and retention.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Represent the restaurant at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to build brand visibility.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building long-term client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales analytics tools.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Baliâs tourism and business landscape is highly advantageous.
