Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for veterinary pharmaceutical products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with veterinarians, clinic managers, and distributors to drive product adoption and loyalty.
- Conduct regular visits to veterinary clinics, hospitals, and other key accounts to present product benefits, address inquiries, and gather market feedback.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and product launches.
- Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to management with actionable insights.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and veterinary health advancements to position our products effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring timely product delivery.
- Assist in training and onboarding new team members or distributors on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical, veterinary, or healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of veterinary products, animal health, and the pharmaceutical sales process.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel frequently within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software for sales tracking and reporting.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively across Bali.
