Are you a dynamic Senior Sales Project Manager with expertise in heavy equipment and construction machinery? We are seeking a results-driven professional to join our team on a contract basis, focusing on high-impact sales projects in Baliās thriving construction and infrastructure sectors.
In this role, you will lead end-to-end sales initiatives for heavy equipment (CAT and other leading brands), from client acquisition to project delivery. Baliās rapid developmentāspanning tourism, real estate, and infrastructureācreates a unique opportunity to drive revenue growth while building long-term client relationships in key areas like Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
Youāll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and technical support, to ensure seamless project execution. Responsibility
- Lead sales projects for heavy equipment (CAT and other brands), from prospecting to closing deals.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate Baliās construction and infrastructure markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, and government agencies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and sales reports to stakeholders.
- Monitor project performance, ensuring targets are met and client expectations are exceeded.
- Provide after-sales support, including equipment demonstrations and training.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales, project management, or business development, preferably in heavy equipment or construction.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong knowledge of heavy equipment brands (CAT, Komatsu, Volvo, etc.) and industry trends.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelorās degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
