Responsibility
- Lead and manage the branch’s sales team to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to acquire new customers and expand market share in Bali.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive revenue growth and competitive advantage.
- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance with company policies, and adherence to operational standards.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and logistics, to align branch activities with company objectives.
- Conduct regular team training and development sessions to enhance skills, motivation, and performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience in branch operations, customer relationship management, and business development.
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop data-driven strategies.
- Familiarity with Bali’s business landscape and local market dynamics is a plus.
