Based in Bali, Indonesia, you will monitor the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) and other relevant platforms to identify bidding opportunities. Your expertise in preparing and submitting compliant bid documents will directly contribute to the company’s success in winning government projects. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Responsibility
- Monitor PhilGEPS and other government procurement portals to identify and track bidding opportunities.
- Prepare, review, and submit compliant bid documents, ensuring all requirements and deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with internal teams (legal, finance, operations) to gather necessary information and approvals for bid submissions.
- Maintain accurate records of all bidding activities, including submissions, results, and follow-ups.
- Analyze bidding results and provide insights to improve future submission strategies.
- Ensure all documentation adheres to government regulations and company policies.
- Liaise with government agencies and stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve queries.
- Assist in the development of competitive pricing strategies and proposals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in bidding, procurement, or government contract management.
- Familiarity with PhilGEPS and other e-procurement systems is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of government bidding processes, compliance, and documentation standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and bid management software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
