Responsibility
- Identify, evaluate, and recruit potential franchisees in Bali through targeted outreach, networking, and market research.
- Develop and implement franchise recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates aligned with company values and goals.
- Lead the onboarding process for new franchisees, including training, documentation, and initial setup to ensure a smooth transition.
- Monitor franchisee performance, providing guidance and support to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and legal requirements across all franchise locations.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop localized strategies that drive franchise success in Bali.
- Conduct regular site visits and performance reviews to maintain high standards and address any challenges proactively.
- Prepare and present reports on franchise development activities, market trends, and growth opportunities to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in franchise development, sales, or business development, preferably in the hardware or retail industry.
- Proven track record in recruiting, training, and managing franchisees or business partners.
- Strong understanding of franchise operations, compliance, and contractual agreements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market potential and franchisee viability.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a strong advantage.
