Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth for steam and condensate systems in the Bali region and surrounding markets.
- Conduct on-site technical assessments to identify customer needs, recommend optimal solutions, and prepare detailed proposals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including industrial plants, manufacturing facilities, and engineering firms.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, project management, and customer service) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of solutions.
- Provide technical training and support to clients, ensuring proper system operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies to position Spirax Sarco as a market leader.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and technical seminars to promote Spirax Sarco’s brand and solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field. Advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in technical sales, preferably in steam systems, condensate management, or industrial process solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of steam generation, distribution, and condensate recovery systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous).
- Ability to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia or Southeast Asia.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
