Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize hotel revenue across corporate, leisure, and MICE segments.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, OTAs, and corporate clients.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in Baliās hospitality sector.
- Negotiate and close high-value contracts with key accounts, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design targeted promotions and digital campaigns to boost occupancy and ADR.
- Monitor sales performance metrics (e.g., RevPAR, conversion rates) and implement data-driven adjustments.
- Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in hotel sales, with at least 2 years in a senior/managerial role.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth in luxury or upscale hotel properties.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills with a client-centric approach.
- Deep understanding of Baliās hospitality market and its key stakeholders (e.g., tour operators, corporate clients).
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Opera, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); Indonesian language skills are advantageous.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
