Responsibility

  • Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor at the restaurant entrance, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Escort guests to their tables, assist with seating arrangements, and provide personalized recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Manage reservations, coordinate table assignments, and maintain accurate guest records to optimize seating efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the F&B team to ensure seamless service transitions, from arrival to departure, for all guests.
  • Address guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns promptly and courteously, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Uphold the resort’s service standards, including dress code, grooming, and professional conduct at all times.
  • Monitor guest flow and anticipate needs to minimize wait times and enhance overall dining experiences.
  • Participate in pre-service briefings and team meetings to stay informed about daily operations, promotions, and guest profiles.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a guest-facing role within the hospitality, F&B, or luxury service industry.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality service and creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Familiarity with reservation systems (e.g., OpenTable, Micros) is advantageous.
  • Diploma or certification in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
