Responsibility
- Craft and serve premium cocktails with precision, adhering to Cé La Vi’s high standards of quality and presentation.
- Provide exceptional guest service, anticipating needs and delivering personalized experiences in a high-energy environment.
- Maintain bar operations, including inventory management, restocking, and ensuring all equipment is clean and functional.
- Collaborate with the F&B and events teams to execute seamless service for private events, club nights, and VIP reservations.
- Stay updated on trending mixology techniques, seasonal ingredients, and industry innovations to enhance our drink menu.
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards, including responsible alcohol service and compliance with local regulations.
- Engage with guests to build rapport and loyalty, contributing to a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist in training new staff and sharing best practices to maintain consistency across all Cé La Vi venues.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Bartender in high-end bars, clubs, or luxury hotels.
- Expertise in classic and contemporary cocktail preparation, including free-pouring and flair bartending (a plus).
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable guest interactions.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with late-night shifts.
- Knowledge of POS systems, bar inventory software, and basic accounting for stock control.
- Fluent English (additional languages are a bonus).
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe) is preferred.
- Creative mindset with a willingness to contribute ideas for menu development and guest engagement.
