Responsibility

  • Supervise and coordinate night shift restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of waitstaff, bartenders, and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional service.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, including food, beverages, and supplies, and place orders as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in accordance with local regulations.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive dining experience.
  • Oversee cash handling, POS systems, and end-of-shift financial reconciliation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the management team to plan menus, promotions, and special events for the night shift.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including POS systems, inventory management, and customer service best practices.
  • Flexibility to work permanent night shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Certification in food safety and hygiene (e.g., HACCP) is highly desirable.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle guest complaints with professionalism.
  • Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
