Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate night shift restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of waitstaff, bartenders, and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, including food, beverages, and supplies, and place orders as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in accordance with local regulations.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive dining experience.
- Oversee cash handling, POS systems, and end-of-shift financial reconciliation.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the management team to plan menus, promotions, and special events for the night shift.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including POS systems, inventory management, and customer service best practices.
- Flexibility to work permanent night shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Certification in food safety and hygiene (e.g., HACCP) is highly desirable.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle guest complaints with professionalism.
