Responsibility

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service, high standards, and guest satisfaction.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of staff to deliver exceptional hospitality.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and increase repeat business.
  • Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and cost control to optimize profitability.
  • Monitor compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Create and adjust staff schedules to meet operational demands and peak hours.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure consistent food quality and presentation.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role in hospitality.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on staff development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in English (additional languages a plus).
  • In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including POS systems, inventory management, and financial reporting.
