Responsibility
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service, high standards, and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of staff to deliver exceptional hospitality.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and increase repeat business.
- Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and cost control to optimize profitability.
- Monitor compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Create and adjust staff schedules to meet operational demands and peak hours.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure consistent food quality and presentation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role in hospitality.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on staff development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in English (additional languages a plus).
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including POS systems, inventory management, and financial reporting.
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable dining experiences.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
