Responsibility
- Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, providing recommendations based on customer preferences.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly, adhering to presentation and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including table setups and restocking supplies.
- Handle cash and digital payments efficiently, ensuring accurate transactions.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns with patience and problem-solving skills.
- Uphold health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse clientele.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and service is a plus.
