Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive catering revenue growth in Bali's hospitality market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including hotels, event planners, and corporate accounts.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Collaborate with the culinary and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing a sales team.
- Familiarity with Bali's hospitality market and key industry players is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is advantageous.
