Responsibility

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive catering revenue growth in Bali's hospitality market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including hotels, event planners, and corporate accounts.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
  • Collaborate with the culinary and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience managing a sales team.
  • Familiarity with Bali's hospitality market and key industry players is a plus.
