Responsibility
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs with efficiency and professionalism, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a solution-oriented approach and a friendly demeanor.
- Coordinate room reservations, modifications, and cancellations using property management systems.
- Provide accurate information about hotel services, local attractions, and transportation options to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs promptly.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
- Assist in organizing special events, tours, or activities for guests to elevate their stay.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the front desk and lobby areas.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or tourism degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, front desk operations, or a related field is advantageous (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; additional languages are a bonus.
- Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and property management systems (training provided).
