Responsibility
- Assist in daily F&B operations, including service, inventory, and staff coordination in luxury venues.
- Shadow and support senior managers in menu planning, cost control, and vendor negotiations.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of service and presentation.
- Participate in training sessions on wine pairing, mixology, and culinary trends to enhance expertise.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (kitchen, housekeeping, front office) to ensure seamless service.
- Assist in organizing and executing special events, private dining, and VIP services.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with international regulations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related fields (fresh graduates welcome).
- Passion for the F&B industry with a customer-centric mindset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English is mandatory.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems, inventory software, or F&B cost control is a plus.
