Responsibility

  • Provide personalized concierge services to guests, including dining reservations, transportation, and activity bookings tailored to their preferences.
  • Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer bespoke solutions to enhance their stay, from spa appointments to exclusive island tours.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of local attractions, events, and high-end service providers to deliver accurate, timely recommendations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., housekeeping, F&B, front desk) to ensure flawless execution of guest requests.
  • Handle sensitive or high-profile requests with discretion and professionalism, upholding St. Regis’ reputation for confidentiality.
  • Utilize property management systems (e.g., Opera PMS) to log requests, track progress, and follow up with guests.
  • Assist in VIP guest arrivals/departures, including room preparations, welcome amenities, and personalized itineraries.
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and creatively, turning potential challenges into positive experiences.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in concierge, guest services, or luxury hospitality (preferably in a 5-star hotel or resort).
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese) are a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport with diverse guests.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, can-do attitude under pressure.
  • In-depth knowledge of Bali’s luxury offerings, including fine dining, private tours, and cultural experiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Amadeus).
  • Impeccable grooming and professional demeanor, aligning with St. Regis’ brand standards.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
