As a key leader in our Orchard Cluster expansion, you will develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to maximize occupancy and revenue across our premium properties. Your expertise in B2B and B2C sales, combined with a deep understanding of the Southeast Asian market, will be instrumental in positioning Far East Hospitality as the top choice for discerning travelers and corporate partners.

Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across Bali’s luxury hospitality market.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to exceed KPIs in occupancy, ADR, and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, OTAs, and tour operators to drive group and leisure bookings.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling promotions, packages, and loyalty programs.
- Represent Far East Hospitality at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
- Negotiate contracts and rate agreements with key partners while ensuring profitability and alignment with company policies.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and present insights to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 7 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth in luxury hotels, resorts, or serviced apartments.
- Strong network of corporate and leisure travel industry contacts in Southeast Asia.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Opera, Salesforce) and revenue management tools.
- Strategic thinker with analytical abilities to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regional markets as required.
